Pawsperity Come Come!

On a festive evening filled with holiday cheer, Dou Dou Market brought together the pet-loving community for an unforgettable Pet Fashion Runway event as part of their 3-day Christmas bazaar at Gurney Walk, Penang. Supported by Howei Events, this special occasion marked one of the few non-sports events organized by Howei, bringing a refreshing change to their event lineup.

A Christmas Wonderland

The atmosphere was electric with Christmas spirit. From the festive decorations to the cheerful attendees, every corner of the venue radiated holiday joy. Smiles were abundant as pet owners proudly showcased their furry (and not-so-furry) companions dressed in adorable Christmas outfits.

One of our partners, Thrive Fitness, set up an engaging booth to connect with the community and promote wellness for both pets and their owners.

Runway Stars

The runway came alive with pets of all shapes and sizes, each dressed in creative Christmas costumes. From fluffy poodles in Santa hats to small dogs sporting festive scarves and tinsel, the creativity and love of pet owners shone through every outfit.

However, one participant truly stole the show - a majestic tortoise gracefully making its way down the runway wearing a charming Santa hat. This unexpected star brought waves of laughter and applause from the delighted crowd, proving that fashion knows no species boundaries!

The Pet Fashion Runway was a resounding success, bringing together the community in celebration of their beloved pets. The event showcased the strong bond between pets and their owners while spreading holiday cheer throughout the venue.
