In a perfect world, 3G gaming would be the de-facto standard by now, but the reality is the cost of getting a 3D setup can be daunting. This is compounded by the fact that not everyone is sold on the long term viability of this round of 3D (and the headaches the glass free iteration can bring to many people). People have long memories and we all remember the failure which was the last "3D" fad and the headaches associated with them.
